Your Responsibilities

  • Conducting introductory courses in the areas of Business Administration, in particular in the field of Human Resources & Organisation,

  • Advising students,

  • Supervising bachelor and master theses as well as similar student works in the field of Business Adminstration,

  • Manage various study programs at UE, in particular MBA and the mid-intake Study groups,

  • Recruit and introduce lecturers to teaching at UE, in addition to serving as their main contact point,

  • Coordinate the cooperation between the different adminstrative departments on-site and academic staff to ensure the highest level of student satisfaction,

  • Supervise and optimize the quality of study programs, in particular establish & manage a university-wide quality management system for Bachelor's and Master's theses,

  • Serve as main contact point for the students involved in your study programs.

Your profile

  • Completed Master university degree,

  • Teaching experience of at least one year in the field of Human Resources & Organisation,

  • At least three years of experience in a private university administration including the management of students from an international background

  • Ability to teach courses in English language

  • Strong ability to communicate and work in a team

  •  Organizational skills and eagerness to work together to advance the success and growth of the University
