Your Responsibilities

  • Recruit and introduce lecturers to teaching at UE Dubai
  • Serve as main contact point for lecturers across UE Dubai
  • Assist the Vice-Dean in managing various study programs across UE Dubai
  • Coordinate the cooperation between the different UE services on-site and faculty members to ensure the highest level of student satisfaction
  • Advise and supervise the study progress of students and initiate measures to provide students with support 
  • Maintain close cooperation and exchange with student advisors, practice partners and academic management
  • Supervise and optimize the quality of the study programs
  • As a valuable member of the faculty, you will conduct lectures in business & management
  • Supervise students for their bachelor thesis

Your profile

  • Completed Master Degree(preferably PhD Degree) from a CAA licensed university in a relevant field.
  • Experience in a corporate managerial and/or university environment is an asset
  • Very good knowledge of Office365
  • Very good knowledge of English and Arabic written and spoken is mandatory. Other languages such as German are welcome!
  • Strong initiative,organizational skills,reliability, commitment and ability to work in a team.
