Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Business Department Team in Hamburg, Germany starting this summer semester 2025, who shares our vision of excellence in education and who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our students and staff.
The teaching load for each course comprises 3 SWS (teaching units).
The opportunity:
To become a lecturer at a university of applied sciences sharing your knowledge and passion with students from all over the world
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the Master courses in International Logistics & Transportation Management (teaching language: English), in particular courses such as:
• Inventory and Warehouse Management
• TQM (Total Quality Management) and Supply Chain Management
• Globalisation and Role of the Logistics Domain
• Land-, City Logistics and Transportation
• Project Management
• Air Logistics and Transportation
• Logistics and Operations Management
• Maritime Logistics and Transportation
Your profile
Relevant professional experience in the fields of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management etc.
Place of residence must be in or near Hamburg/Germany (lectures to take place on-site)
Completed relevant university studies (at least a Master’s degree)
Teaching experience at universities
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Organizational skills and willingness to work hard
Experience working in international environments welcome
Must be eligible for freelance work if you are a non-EU citizen
